Noordhoek gets its name for its location at the northern corner of the Fish Hoek valley, half surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and Chapman’s Peak / Noordhoek mountain range. It is endowered with a magnificent white sand beach stretching from the Hoek at the base of Chapman’s Peak with its rocks, cliff faces and surf, all the way to Kommetjie to the south.
